Currently you cannot personalise this web site ;-( I have written the code, which allows changing the design, but since there is only one style available now, you cannot change the design.
I have designed the style on this web site. As you can see, I am not a graphical designer. Do you know how to make my web site look better? Just save one page to your computer, modify the .css file and send the file and images to me.
I have looked the designs on one site where they have many designs. I noticed that many designers designed a good looking page, but they fail in few things, which are dynamic size of a page, dynamic content, dynamic menu and localisation.
My guidelines are that page should be accessible on small window without a horizontal scroll bar and should not have a lot of empty space on big window.
Also, I prefer that menu is on the right side, because it requires less mouse movement. Also, text in graphics is not allowed, because of possible localisation.
If you realise that XHTML needs modification to help your design, please let me know.

I am currently developing one web site. When it's almost finished (maybe in summer/autumn 2008), I need graphical designer to do the design. My company will pay you for this work.
I have designed this web site in a way that it could have graphics attached to each page. On home and programming page there should have graphics, but that is too difficult for me to do. I am interested in photography, but transferring big images to small graphics is not my skill. I may add images later...
